Each small group personal training session ranges from $35-$55 depending on if you are using a solo pass, a punch card, or a monthly plan!

MAX CLASS SIZE : 4 students

This allows for a TON of individual attention!

Don't get lost in cheaper, crowded classes where you receive little to no feedback on your form or safety.

Foundations of Fitness

Each small group personal training session ranges from $45-$65 depending on if you are using a solo pass, a punch card, or a monthly plan!

MAX CLASS SIZE : 3 students

Foundations classes are designed for folks that need even more attention and want to move at a slower pace while they build body awareness and movement skills.

We offer solo passes, punch cards,

and monthly plans that you can cancel at any time.

There are no contracts.

We don't give a "free training evaluation" that involves scales, fat calipers, and a heavy sales pitch.

We encourage you to come experience any class at a trial rate of $35 to see if our classes are a good fit for you!
