Square One Fitness is located East of Downtown, near I-25, and South of the Presbyterian Hospital.
PARKING INFORMATION
Although there is a small parking lot just in front of the entrance, we ask that if you are coming for a class (and especially a workshop) that you save those parking spots for patients with mobility issues.
Instead, please park along Mulberry. This is easy to do after 3:00 p.m. Before 3:00 p.m. there are a lot of construction workers parking along the street, so feel free to use the Strong Thorne Mortuary lot. See the areas shaded in blue for parking options.

There is a designated handicapped parking spot in front of the entrance to the building. Handicapped access to the building is through the staff entrance (East entrance). When you book your appointment, please let us know if you require handicapped access, so we can greet you at the door!
We are located at the corner of Coal and Mulberry, and are easily accessed by the bike lane on Coal Ave.
