Doc Emily is a chiropractor by training and a rehab nerd by obsession.

Doc Emily Blair noticed a gap between when a patient was out of pain, and when the patient was moving well enough to go full-out at a regular gym.  And while most of her patients were getting exercises to perform at home, some folks were struggling with consistency in doing their homework.

Thus, Square One Fitness was born.  Square One gives folks an economical option to continue their rehab by learning good movements that can then be increased in intensity and challenge.

In her spare time you can find Doc Emily hiking, biking, camping, kayaking, and exploring all the awesomeness that New Mexico has to offer.
